I listen to my skin. There are days I feel it needs a break. Other times I trust a sheet mask is enough. Then there have been weeks when I didn’t use a moisturizer. These are tried and tested practices and since I’m in my, I-want-to-be-diligent-about-my-skincare-era, that I would like to share my nightly ritual and products with you.

I like using this after I use facial soap. The reason behind this is that I want to make sure I start with the cleanest face possible before I add products. In general, micellar water improves hydration and removes dirt and oil, If I’m in a hurry, I do away with everything else, except this step. Available at Watsons.

This product targets dark circles, puffy eyelids, fine lines, and wrinkles. Best of all, its gentle vibration drives the products where it is needed. It can also be used for lymphatic drainage by driving the wand on the side of the face using a downward motion. This helps depuff the face, and frankly, I use it upon application of my moisturizer.
